PCB Layout Design
We work closely with customers’ engineers who provide the schematics and BOM to assist with PCB layout design. We can take all sorts of schematics formats like Cadence OrCAD, Mentor Graphics PADS, Autodesk Eagle, etc. We specialized in using OrCAD and PADS to perform PCB layout design. The greatest benefit of having Span to help with PCB layout design is that we can incorporate all the DFx in Consideration for you as we have all our experienced process engineering, procurement engineering, quality engineering and production manager under one roof for the best and most cost-effective PCB layout design you can have in terms of Manufacturability and high yield quality products.
All PCB layout design engineering output files will be reviewed with Customers for approval prior to bare PCB procurement. All PCB layout design engineering output files to be owned by client as their own intellectual properties (“IP”). Span will have no IP right to the PCB design engineering output files.
PCB prototyping and NPI
An Experienced Program Manager acts as the key interface between Span and our customers. Although, at the same time, we encourage engineer-to-engineer communication. The designated Program Manager allocates and coordinates all resources and tracks all tasks throughout the NPI process. The result is a seamless flawless launch transition into manufacturing.
