Continuous Improvement and 6-Sigma Deployment
The strive for Manufacturing Excellence and Continuous Improvement in Span is a journey, not a destination. We continually improve our own internal processes and procedures whilst supporting them in areas such as Design for Manufacture (DFM). We constantly put together cross functional continuous improvement teams and involve all levels of employees to suggest process improvements initiatives while they are empowered and encouraged to see these through. The results are communicated out to the rest of the business and institutionalized across all business areas.
